After 8 Years of Municipal Service Jeddah Municipality Bids Farewell to Mayor Saleh Al-Turki

Officials and employees of Jeddah Municipality bid farewell to His Excellency Mayor Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki following the conclusion of his second term in office. The farewell took place during a meeting attended by municipal leaders and staff, who expressed their appreciation for his efforts in leading municipal work and the progress achieved under his tenure in urban development and service quality enhancement.
Municipality staff conveyed their gratitude for the support and guidance they received from Al-Turki, emphasizing that his leadership contributed to strengthening institutional performance, advancing development initiatives, and achieving accomplishments that positively impacted the urban environment and improved services provided to residents.
It is worth noting that Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki was appointed as Mayor of Jeddah at the ممتاز rank by royal decree in July 2018. His service was later extended for an additional four years. He is regarded as one of the key figures who contributed to advancing municipal development and improving the city’s urban landscape, alongside his extensive experience in the business sector.
During his tenure, Al-Turki also assumed additional responsibilities as Acting Mayor of Makkah from January 2022 to December 2023.
