The Saudi Event Show (SES) 2025 was inaugurated by Hatim Alkahily, Acting CEO, Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority and Dr. Zohair Alsarraj, Chairman of the Board, Saudi Exhibition and Conferences Association today in Riyadh, uniting the Kingdom’s event professionals, creative agencies, suppliers, venue operators, and government stakeholders under one roof. Running from 17 to 18 September, SES has established itself as the leading platform for showcasing the innovation, partnerships, and growth of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving events industry.

This year’s edition marks a significant milestone as the Show expands to a larger venue to accommodate an unprecedented number of both local and international suppliers. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with proven suppliers who have successfully delivered major projects in Saudi Arabia and collaborated on the region’s largest events. The show floor will showcase the latest innovations including holograms, AI-powered environments, special effects, interactive screen content providing visitors with direct access to the latest technology in the event industry.

The Saudi Event Show is a reflection of the Kingdom’s ambitions under Vision 2030, where the events sector plays a pivotal role in enhancing tourism, culture, sports, and entertainment.
